Our Domestic Energy Assessors will conduct a 45 minute survey at your earliest convenience.
They will be looking at your heating, your insulation and anything that affects the energy efficiency of your property. A decision will then be made of which works can be installed to increase your EPC band by two levels.

The survey and paperwork collected will be checked by the office; ensuring we have everything we need to submit to our Funders to receive the funding for your property. Our Installation Managers and Gas Engineers will check the photos and ensure works are viable. All works must meet regulations e.g Gas Safety Regulations Health and Safety.
We have a requirement to ensure your property has full ventilation throughout
If you have had an insulation measure installed, under PAS 2030, we have a requirement to ensure your property has full ventilation throughout. This is in the form of both mechanical extractor fans in your kitchens and bathrooms (utility rooms and en-suites are included), as well as trickle vents on your windows (Airbox Trickle Vents). Our team of electricians will install these and leave behind a Minor Electrical Installations Works Certificate. Should ventilation already be present and working- we will not need to replace them.
